قَلْبٌ

أَلَا بِذِكْرِ اللَّهِ تَطْمَئِنُّ الْقُلُوبُ
alā bi-dhikri Allāhi taṭmaʾinnu al-qulūb
Unquestionably, by the remembrance of Allah hearts find rest (13:28)
تَزْكِيَةٌ
tazkiyah
purification / spiritual growth / self-refinement

قَدْ أَفْلَحَ مَنْ زَكَّاهَا وَقَدْ خَابَ مَنْ دَسَّاهَا
qad aflaḥa man zakkāhā wa-qad khāba man dassāhā
He has succeeded who purifies it, and he has failed who corrupts it (91:9-10)

The reckoning has drawn near for people while they are turning away in heedlessness (21:1)

إِنَّكَ لَا تَهْدِي مَنْ أَحْبَبْتَ وَلَكِنَّ اللَّهَ يَهْدِي مَنْ يَشَاءُ
innaka lā tahdī man aḥbabta wa-lākinna Allāha yahdī man yashāʾ
Indeed, you do not guide whom you like, but Allah guides whom He wills (28:56)

إِنَّ اللَّهَ كَانَ عَفُوًّا غَفُورًا
inna Allāha kāna ʿafuwwan ghafūrā
Indeed, Allah is ever Pardoning and Forgiving (4:43)

And from the evil of an envier when he envies (113:5)

تَوَاضُعٌ

And the servants of the Most Merciful are those who walk upon the earth in humility (25:63)

dharhum yaʾkulū wa-yatamattaʿū wa-yulhihimu al-amal
Let them eat and enjoy themselves and be diverted by false hope (15:3)

مَثَلُ الْجَنَّةِ الَّتِي وُعِدَ الْمُتَّقُونَ فِيهَا أَنْهَارٌ مِنْ مَاءٍ غَيْرِ آسِنٍ
mathalu al-jannati allatī wuʿida al-muttaqūna fīhā anhārun min māʾin ghayri āsin
The description of Paradise promised to the righteous: therein are rivers of water unaltered (47:15)
