ظِلٌّ
ẓill
shade / shadow

وَنُدْخِلُهُمْ ظِلًّا ظَلِيلًا
wa-nudkhiluhum ẓillan ẓalīlā
And We will admit them to a dense shade (4:57)
مُحْسِنٌ
muḥsin
doer of good / one who acts with excellence

إِنَّ اللَّهَ يُحِبُّ الْمُحْسِنِينَ
inna Allāha yuḥibbu al-muḥsinīn
Indeed, Allah loves the doers of good (2:195)

wa-in aḥadun mina al-mushrikīna istajāraka fa-ajirhu ḥattā yasmaʿa kalāma Allāh
And if any one of the polytheists seeks your protection, then grant him protection until he hears the words of Allah (9:6)

Indeed in that are signs for a people who reason (13:4)

Every time Zakariyya entered upon her in the prayer chamber, he found provision with her (3:37)

وَمَنْ أَظْلَمُ مِمَّنْ مَنَعَ مَسَاجِدَ اللَّهِ أَنْ يُذْكَرَ فِيهَا اسْمُهُ
wa-man aẓlamu mimman manaʿa masājida Allāhi an yudhkara fīhā ismuh
And who are more unjust than those who prevent the name of Allah from being mentioned in His mosques? (2:114)

subḥāna alladhī asrā biʿabdihī laylan mina al-masjidi al-ḥarāmi ilā al-masjidi al-aqṣā
Exalted is He who took His Servant by night from the Sacred Mosque to the Farthest Mosque (17:1)

لَقَدْ كَانَ فِي قَصَصِهِمْ عِبْرَةٌ لِأُولِي الْأَلْبَابِ

There was certainly in their stories a lesson for those of understanding (12:111)

Do they not look into the realm of the heavens and the earth? (7:185)

We have certainly created man in the best of stature (95:4)

فَمَنْ يَكْفُرْ بِالطَّاغُوتِ وَيُؤْمِنْ بِاللَّهِ فَقَدِ اسْتَمْسَكَ بِالْعُرْوَةِ الْوُثْقَى
faman yakfur biṭ-ṭāghūti wa-yuʾmin billāhi faqadi istamsaka bil-ʿurwati al-wuthqā
Whoever rejects false deities and believes in Allah has grasped the most trustworthy handhold (2:256)
